I can use the integrated webcam during chatting, but I'm unable to open Dell Webcam to capture pictures. When I'm trying to download and install, I receive "Error in setup. Unable to install". What can I do?
i have the same problem and i can't find another link or solution. does anybody know how to fix it ?
Firstly, if you're using Windows XP or below, use the package provided by Microsoft to update Windows Installer. If you're using Windows Vista or above, update Windows Installer through Windows Update. After that, delete the installation package and download Dell Webcam Central from an official source. Alternatively, you can check Software Informer database for another webcam capture utility.
