I receive a "Command acknowledged, but answer not sent" message.

I try to enrol but I receive an Error 105: "Command acknowledged, but answer not sent". I use VeriAdmin v7.30.

This error occurs because the user removes the finger prematurely. In order to fix the issue, hold the finger 5 seconds more after the "Hold Finger" message disappears. If the problem persists, use 905 940 7477, 888 940 7477 phone numbers or [email protected] email address to get in touch with the support team.
