You cannot create stadiums from the application. A stadium is created in a 3rd party application like 3D Studio Max or any other 3D creation tool but since PES 2013's release, you have the possibility to create your own stadium using pre-defined resources. This menu can be accessed from the Edit option. You also have the possibility to create players and edit various aspects of the Base Game.
