Unfortunately, there isn't an official patch to update Pro Evolution Soccer 2009, but you can use Google search engine to find and download an update package. The patch from the first link will update the players, the kits, the teams, the gameplay, the scoreboards and the stadiums.
If you have the Internet enabled, the download should be provided in-game.
