I suggest you check if your computer meets the minimum system requirements:

Operating System: Windows XP/Vista/7;
Processor: Pentium 4 @ 1.4 GHz or Equivalent;
Memory: 1 GB;
Hard Drive: 6 GB Free;
Video Memory: 128 MB (GeForce FX/Radeon 9700, Pixel/Vertex Shader 2.0, 800×600 resolution);
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible;
DirectX: 9.0c.

If the requirements are fulfilled, try to reinstall and run the game using Administrator rights.
