How to install TV PCI card?

How to use WinTV software and how to set up this card ? After I've installed all the components, I have a bad picture.

You can download newest drivers from its official website. You also need to download latest WinTV2000 application, which is listed on the same page. Alternatively, check the TV cables - they should be configured correctly.
