In order to fix the issue, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Imaging Devices list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot your computer, navigate to Dell Drivers and Downloads web page, identify your computer model, select your operating system and download and install the latest webcam files.
