You receive these errors because your version of the driver is not fully compatible with your operating system. In order to fix it, navigate to (C:) > Program Files (x86) > Eltrade > DriverECR, double click the unins000.exe file and follow the on-screen instructions. Once the process is complete, go to Eltrade Download Center and download and install the latest version of the driver. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc, click OK, connect the printer using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon.
