problem adding devices in Gateway Smart Server Manager

HI, i have Gateway Smart Server Manager V1.0 build 200 installed on a Gateway Server GT 150 Serie. there is no way to get the Server into the management program even with "discover devices" nor with "adding a single device" I run windows 2008 Server R2 Foundation. I open the snmp ports into the firewall like it is written in the "readme.txt". Do you have any tip? Thanks by advance Laurent
