Adding new account manager names in the company data section of SalesBase5

I am trying to add a new account manager name into the company data screen (after clicking on Edit). However, the names available seem to be limited to the users names in the system. I am baffled by this, since we have 50 sales names to input here and we only have a license for 10 users. How do we get around this scenario? We have exceeded the number of our users in the system, however, we have sales reps from those who do not use our sales base system but their names need to be assigned to their regional customers.

Unfortunately, from what it seems, if you have a license for 10 users, you can't do anything to add 50 sales names. I suggest you contact the official developers and ask for help. Since there isn't an official website available, open the user guide from the Help menu and search for the Contact section.
