Problem adding a device with Gateway Smart Server Manager.

I have Gateway Smart Server Manager V1.0 build 200 installed on a Gateway Server GT 150 Series and there is no way to get the Server in the management program even with "Discover devices" or with "Adding a single device". I run Windows 2008 Server R2. I opened the SNMP ports in the firewall like it is written in the "readme.txt". What can I do?

Firstly, disable the antivirus program and Windows Firewall and check if you can add the device. If you can't, remove the Gateway Smart Server Manager software from your computer and then install it again. This should fix it. If not, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
