Go to Start, type Windows Defender and open the utility. Click the Tools tab, select Options and press the Administrator entry. Un-check the Use this program box, click Save and reboot your computer. If you want to activate it again, type Windows Defender in the Search programs and files field and press the click here to turn it on option.
