I'm having trouble accessing my PhotoShow account.

I'm having trouble accessing my PhotoShow account. I have downloaded many pictures there, but I can not get to them. It states that I need to connect to the Internet and check that there is no Firewalls blocking the site. I'm online when trying to connect to this site and I checked the Firewall and there are no blocks. I try to share my pictures and they do not go through. The account states that they are waiting to be sent. Can you help me?

Simple Star (the application developer) was acquired by Roxio and all its online services are now suspended. In order to reactivate the services, you will need to upgrade the application. It's price is around 29.99 dollars and you can purchase it from the official web page.
