Unless you did not perform this operation, then you will have to install the USB drivers for your mobile phone. Usually, these drivers come bundled with the software itself but since you installed the software then those drivers are also installed. The mobile phone features USB connection to a PC using the support cable provided with the phone. While the software is open, connect the cable to both ends (one to mobile and the other to PC) and the computer will recognize the mobile phone and install the corresponding drivers (USB, Data storage, modem) then you can download the pictures to local storage and from the same application you can customize and print them using a compatible printer connected to the PC.
