I downloaded the program for MP Navigator 3.1 to my computer, and when I click the icon on my screen, it says the scanner driver supported by this software is not installed. Can you help me? I have a MP830 Canon 4 in 1 printer.
You can download the drivers from Canon Support. Navigate to the website, click on Drivers and Software then select the operating system that corresponds to the one installed in your computer and the downloads will be listed on categories.
