IDE Cobol is an old application used to create, compile and execute commands in MS-Cobol 80. All you need to do is to open the software and to write the Cobol code in the main window. After that, you need to click Compile from the Compile menu or to press the F8 key. If you don't know Cobol commands, I suggest you use Google search engine to find guides and tutorials.
