Since Huawei E1692 software is not available on the official web page, I suggest you use Google in order to download and install it. After you find it, go to Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager, expand the Universal Serial Bus Controllers list, right click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, connect the Huawei E1692 device and install the downloaded drivers.
