In order to fix the issue, navigate to Panasonic Download Center, identify your camera model, select your operating system and download the latest files for your camera. After that, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and press Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the camera to your PC, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and install the camera drivers. If the problem persists, I suggest you contact the support team.
