Access to the software is denied after modification of IP number (by mistake).

Question

I've no more access to the software since I modified by mistake an IP number in the network configuration. I uninstalled the software but I still have no access. Can anybody give me a hint what to do? I think I can't do anything on the DVR or should I reset it?

If you have the manual of the DVR system, then I recommend resetting it, but before doing that, try changing the IPs to the values that were previously used. In many cases, the functionality should restore. However, if the server still refuses connections, then the master reset needs to be done. The whole procedure is explained in the official manual for the DVR.
