We don't know the user name and password.

We're trying to activate our system, but we don't know the user name and password. Can you help?

I've forgotten my password . How to login?

The default user name is admin and its password is admin too. Once you log in, you can change the password from Config > Modify Password. Type admin as old password, enter your new one in the next field and click OK. If you have any issues, go to Start > All programs > PSS > PSS User's Manual to check the guide provided by the developer.
