In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a program, select the Camera Assistant Software and click the Repair button next to Uninstall. Follow the provided instructions and reboot your computer after the process is finished. If you still have issues, completely remove the software, run a registry cleaner and reinstall the program. Also, as an alternative, you can use another webcam capture utility from Software Informer database.
