The application is not responding. I can't access the saved files and I can't use the software for a new design. Can you help?

In order to solve the problem, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. If you no longer have the installation package, download a new copy from the official web page and install it using the serial key received when you purchase the product. If the problem persists, I suggest you contact the Support Team.
