When I open Skype, the HP SimplePass Identity Protection icon did not appear at the top left corner, thus I can't use my saved fingerprint to open my account. I already reinstalled my Skype but the problem was not resolved. Please help!
Try to remove the application and then open Skype because the fingerprint protection will be eliminated allowing you to connect. With the application closed, perform a reinstallation and then set up again a new fingerprint authentication.
