I was told that AGV Identity theft Protection is not compatible with Windows 10. Is that true?

The problem that most users encounter with AVG Identity theft protection occurs when they try to upgrade to Windows 10. The software must be uninstalled before trying to upgrade, otherwise the installation process will stop and eventually fail. If you want to run Windows 10 and AVG software, you should firstly download the AVG removal tool, then uninstall all your AVG software using the tool and then upgrade your OS to Windows 10 and reinstall your software.
