ActiveSync cannot connect with my mobile device.

After I installed Internet Everywhere, ActiveSync cannot connect with my mobile device. What can I do?

Internet Everywhere is a safe utility that shouldn't block the connection. In order to fix the issue, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, connect your mobile and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manger. Windows will automatically find and install the drivers. If it doesn't help, I suggest you update ActiveSync to the latest version. Also, launch Internet Everywhere, click My Info, select Preferences and un-check the Automatically start application when device is available box.
