I'm receiving a CDloader error each time I turn on my computer. I'm running Windows XP Home Edition. This is the first problem in two and a half years. Can you help?

CDloader is a tool that comes packaged with magicJack and which should run at startup. In order to fix the problems, remove magicJack from your computer using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature and run CCleaner. After that, reboot your computer and install the utility again. Press Windows + R key combination, type services.msc and press OK. Locate the CDloader service in the list, right-click on its icon and select Properties. From the Startup type drop-down list select Automatic, click OK and then Apply. If you still have issues, I suggest you contact the developer.
