The software is not loading automatically when I plug in the device to my Windows XP PC. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, right-click My Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the magicJack device in the USB port and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If this doesn't help, uninstall the magicJack software and then install it again. Also, you can use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.
