I have a Samsung Juke SCH-u470. I couldn't import pictures with Windows by default, so I asked someone what to do. I got this program, but when I try to connect my phone it says there is a problem with the USB connection. What can I do?
You will need the corresponding drivers of the application. You can download them from the Samsung website. After you have downloaded and installed the drivers, you can connect the phone to PC. Make sure to select PC Connection when you plug in the cable from the phone to PC.
