Munich Re Engineering Expert Tool is not working on Windows 7. We are able to install the application but when we access certain reports/fields, we are not getting any data. Can you help?
In order to run the application on your Windows 7 computer, I suggest you use Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, you can try to install the application in Windows XP Mode environment.
