Please remove the application completely, and perform a fresh installation using a username with administrative rights because when you install the application, the setup creates temporary registry files and since you don't have enough rights to make the application save the registry entries, next time the computer is started, those registry entries are deleted and the software will not work anymore. Select Run as administrator when you're installing and finish the installation then shut down the computer and start it again and observe the behavior.
