Printing in Black and White

I'm wondering if anyone can help me print photos in monochrome. According to the help/manual, there is an option to print photos in B&W, but I do not have the buttons needed. Are there limitations to this feature? Is anyone able to do this? Is there a support network for this software? Thanks for any help.

It's extremely easy to setup the printer to print in Black and White. Launch Easy PhotoPrint, load the images you want, then go to File > Print. In the Print windows, select the printer, then go to Preferences > Paper/Quality > Black and White. Accept the changes and the printer will use black and white to print your photos. Use the image below as a guide.
