How do I change printing mode from colour to black and white?

You can change printing mode using the software delivered with your printer or you can use Properties on your printer in Printers menu. From that location, you can choose the way to print. Easiest way is to open a document or image and go to Print. Click on properties and you will have the possibility to change printing mode.

Go to Start - > Control Panel - > Devices and printers - > right click on your current printer and select printing properties, from there you will see the option "Print in grayscale". After applying this settings your printer should print your documents in black and white.
