I'm unable to retrieve the image from the database via MySQL Connector/ODBC 5.1.5. What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I recommend you update the tool to the latest version. If it doesn't help, use the contact page from the official website to get in touch with the support team. Alternatively, you can try to retrieve the images via PHP, ASP.NET or C#. You can find tutorials using Google search engine.
