I receive an error from MATLAB Simulink for Advantech PCI 1716.

I have a problem. When I use MATLAB Simulink for Advantech PCI 1716 an error is detected: "Initializing data acquisition hardware". What can I do?

This error is caused due to the incompatibility of the PCI 1716 device with your computer or with your version of MATLAB Simulink. In order to fix the issue, I suggest you download and install the updated version of the driver and to update the MATLAB Simulink product. If the error is not fixed, I recommend you contact the support team.
