If you can't run the program on your computer, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall it. Go to Start > Control Panel > Uninstall a Program, select the ArcSoft WebCam Companion and click Uninstall button next to Organize. After that, download a new copy and install it using the serial code received when you purchased the application. Be sure that you're logged on an Administrator account. Alternatively, you can choose a similar program from Software Informer database.
