I need to write a Java application. It should accept license plate number of Ethiopian car from console and matche license plates with ET, AMA, ORO, TIG, BEN, AFA, SOM followed by 5 digit and ended with two upper case letters.
There is no application already configured to do what you have just requested. There are tutorials available that you can use to learn how to code the database for yourself. I recommend checking the Google Search results to see the tutorials. Even the official website raises the possibility to learn the language through the Community button (forum and books).
