In order to fix the issue, uninstall the printing software using its uninstaller or Add or Remove Programs feature (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and run a registry cleaner. After that, press Windows + R key combination, type devmgmt.msc and click OK. Locate your printer, right-click on its driver and select Uninstall. After that, navigate to Kodak Downloads page, identify your printer model, select you operating system and download and install the drivers and software available.
If it doesn't help, try to reset your printer to factory defaults. Press the Home button and then the down key to select Printer Settings. After that, press again the down key, select Reset All Settings and hit OK. After you receive This will reset printer settings to factory defaults press again OK.
