In order to run the software on your Windows 7 computer, you can try to use the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. Also, since the program should be packaged with the printer's drivers, navigate to Dell Support page, select Windows 7 as operating system, download and install the files and check if the package contains the Imaging Toolbox.
