The official support website provides all the necessary drivers for your product. Please visit the page and use the drop-down menus to select the operating system then click on the category you need (Video) and download the appropriate driver.
On the other side I think that you will need to change the architecture of the operating system as these drivers are only available for 64bit versions of Windows 7 and 8.
