In order to solve the problem, I suggest you install a webcam capture utility from Software Informer database. Personally, I recommend Dorgem. It is a free of charge and easy to use application developed by Frank Fesevur. Also, it is fully compatible with iBall Face2Face Webcam C12.0 and has a motion-detection feature.
