How can I restore permanently deleted messages from email accounts?

I use one Windows mail program within which I have my Gmail accounts. I have permanantly deleted some messages and now I want to recover them with free software, is it possible?

If the email was permanently deleted, it is impossible to retrieve it. There isn't any tool with the capability to recover permanently deleted Gmail messages. However, you might find a copy of your mailbox in Windows mail, when you compact your mail boxes: File, Compact, All folders,OE.
