In order to fix the issue, reboot or PC and press the F2 key to open the Bios menu. If the F2 key doesn't work, try F1, Delete or ESC key. After that, check the Advanced Settings, Peripherals, Communication, or Input/Output sections to locate COM Port settings. Once you locate them, change the status to Enabled, save the changes and restart your computer. After that, go to Start, type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security and open the utility. From the Advanced Settings select Inbound Rules > New Rule. Check the Port box, click Next, select All local Ports and follow the self-explained steps.
