If you can't log in to PaltalkScene, it's possible that the servers to be temporarily down or other maintenance and in this case you will need to wait. Also, make sure that your antivirus program and Windows Firewall doesn't block the connection. Go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to PaltalkScene. If you can't find the application in the Allowed programs and features window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add. If you forgot the account password, go to the official web page, press the Forgot your password? button and follow the instructions. If it still doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the software.
