To transfer photos, first you need to identify your phone model. Just remove the battery and you will find all the necessary details. Then visit Samsung Support and enter the details. Select the Downloads are and download the USB driver and software. You can select these categories from the left menu. Install the drivers first, connect the phone to finish installation then install the software. Select Transfer option while the phone is connected and you will be able to transfer the contact from your PC to phone and from the phone to PC.
