Trying to reprogram Harmony Remote Control 670 (Logitek). It will not allow me. It says I need Dell Resource CD (error 1706). I have software from Driver Detective and Pareto Logic, but either they do not work or I'm doing something wrong. Advice?
You need the actual resource CD to install the necessary drivers but that driver can be ordered through the Dell Support section, as well. Use the official page and contact Dell Technical.
