Firstly, in order to use the voice in chat rooms, go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Audio tab, check your sound card model and download and install the latest drivers available from the developer’s web page. After that, connect a microphone to your computer, launch Y!Supra, join a chat room and enable the voice from the Chat menu:
If you still can’t use the voice feature, right-click the sound icon from System Tray, select Recording Devices, right-click anywhere in the opened window and check the Show Disabled Devices option. Select the Microphone, press the Set Default button, click Properties and select Use this device (Enable) as Device usage.
