The 325 USB PC Camera is not working either because it is not compatible with your system or it is not installed correctly. Also, the device may not be detected by your PC. In order to solve the issue, right-click the My Computer/Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers list, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. Reboot your computer, connect the camera using the USB cable and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager. If the problems persist, remove the software (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and install it again.
