Right-click on Computer icon, select Manage and go to Device Manager. Double-click on the Imaging Devices option, right-click on Lenovo Easy Camera and update the driver manually. If you're unable to see the Imaging Devices and you're using a laptop, press Fn + Esc. If you have another Lenovo computer, you will need to contact a local service center. Also, if there is an exclamation mark next to your camera driver, you will need to reinstall it.
