Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I want to know what is the problem?

The problem is that while you use it, there are other applications that may want to use it as well and this create complications. Try to close all the background applications that you know it may use the application and I can guarantee you that it will work this way. Alternatively, reinstall the drivers from its Support CD.
