Sygate Personal Firewall can run only on Windows XP and bellow because Sygate Technologies, the developer of the application was acquired by Symantec on 16 August 2005. After the acquisition all software pieces were discontinued. You can try to download and install Windows XP Mode and the application in this environment. Windows XP Mode makes it easy to install and run many applications that run on Windows XP directly on a Windows 7 computer.
